You always made yourself available immediately when a new house came on the market and I was encouraged when you were knocking on doors to find possible new listings to help us get that home when we could not find one initially that fit our detailed requirements. At a time when multiple offers and high prices were an issue, you found two great possibilities and helped us negotiate the best option within her budget. In fact, you did find a great property for us with a large square master suite to fit her furniture and a main floor laundry as well as both a living room and family room. The yard was also level to help an elderly person be able to stay in her home longer and when that family tried to take items originally in the agreement, you were diligent to ensure that the items stayed with the house. The first time I met Jeff was when he dropped his card off at my place. He immediately appealed to me because he simply ...The first time I met Jeff was when he dropped his card off at my place. He immediately appealed to me because he simply introduced himself, and asked me to please think of him should I ever wish to move. What struck me initially was his genuine professionalism and understanding of the market, and although moving was not in my mind at that time, I kept his card just the same. Much later when the opportunity for me to move arose, I immediately thought of him and requested a visit. From the time he came into my house, there was nothing but extreme professionalism, which is expected; but also he possesses a unique and personable approach that puts one at ease. My house sold the same day it was listed, and it could have been somewhat overwhelming had it not been for the ease and reassurance that Jeff displayed while talking me through all the details involved with selling. I have moved several times in the past, and can honestly say this transition has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I have asked Jeff for some of his cards to give to my neighbours, who were astounded by the "quick sale". Price was not even an issue here. What was, was the professionalism, advice, and friendship that comes with Jeff. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. Already have.
